La Pietra Massage – 75  minutes ($120)
Enjoy soothing relaxation from warm stones used to loosen tight muscles and then gently massaged over the body.When combined with nurturing, therapeutic touch, these stones will take you to the ultimate state of relaxation, balance and rejuvenation.  The stones are placed on the body along with being gently massaged with the hot-stones.

Sports Massage – 60 minutes ($70) – 90 minutes ($105)
Designed with the athlete in mind, this method helps to remove lactic acid build-up allowing for quicker post-workout recovery. Additional stretching and range of motion work will influence production of healthy scar tissue, encouraging better muscle tone.

Mothers-to-be Massage – 60 minutes ($65)
Special pillows and bolsters are used to ensure comfort and safety during this massage that delivers stress relief to expectant mothers.  This treatment is only available after the first trimester.
