Stress is waiting around each corner with it&#8217;s pointy edges ready to chip away at our most complete selves. Stress increases our blood pressure, making us irascible and tired. It causes our bodies to tighten up and feel limited in the activities we used to be ready to do. Whether we realize it or not, stress is a big ingredient in what weighs us down. It&#8217;s a hard idea to realize in one&#8217;s self. We get lost in the daily hustle, each new day elicits tasks and responsibilities. We forget to take a second to think about how we feel both physically and emotionally.  Let me suggest to you, the idea of massage care.
